This site shows my work as a photographer.
Over time, I tried to make some videos as well. However, I did never push that to an acceptable level.
Now I try to improve myself and spend more time on producing short videos.

Videos with my DJI COSMO Pocket 4p

Midden 2026 werd de DJI Cosmo Pocket 4p gelanceerd. Aanvankelijk leek het mij vooral weer zo’n simpele vloggercamera, maar het blijkt een zeer goede videocamera voor het maken van reisvideo’s. Het is een redelijk betaalbaar en licht apparaatje met veel mogelijkheden.
Mijn eerste ervaringen zijn heel positief, al moet er nog wel het een en ander worden verbeterd. Met name het verspringen van de belichting wanneer je inzoomt en naar de telelens overgaat, is heel storend.

Videos with my Canon EOS R6 Mark III

In December 2025 I purchased the new Canon EOS R6 Mark III, that got excellent reviews for photography and videography. After a few tests I am motivated to focus more on video making than before.

After I took my camera and supporting equipment with me on a bicycle trip from Sweden back to The Netherlands, I experienced that I used my camera less than I planned to use it. Also, the heavy burden added considerable weight to my luggage. Therefor, I decided to look for a lighter alternative for travel videos. As you could read above, this is the DJI OSMO Pocket 4p.

Videos with my iPhone 16 Pro

My iPhone 16 Pro is very capable of making great videos. The advantage compared to a bigger camera is that you are less “visible” as a videographer.

Older videos

The older videos are from around 2012 and taken with my Canon 5D Mark III. To be frank, for me it was to complex to make videos.
