Irian Jaya (1991)
In 1991 we travelled to Irian Jaya and made a private tour around Wamena. The black & white images were taken in a village where the people performed for us. Of course we had to pay and I fell embarrassed. After I saw a documentary by the famous photographer Sebastião Salgado and noticed that he paid as well, I decided to put my photos online.
